3D Printing

3D Printing Services

Use printing where geometry moves faster than tooling. Additive manufacturing helps with complex internal geometry, fast iteration and specialty material trials, including metal SLM routes for aluminum alloy, stainless steel and titanium alloy.

Metal 3D printed parts in a powder-bed process

3D Printing

Use printing where geometry moves faster than tooling.

Additive manufacturing helps with complex internal geometry, fast iteration and specialty material trials. We describe aerospace-grade and medical-grade as capability levels, not as public claims about restricted projects or clinical-use parts.

Metal
SLM routes for aluminum alloy, stainless steel and titanium alloy
Resin
Transparent, high-temperature and selected biocompatible resin options
Best For
Complex structures, fast design trials and low-volume specialty parts

No molds, no shape limits — the shortest path from same-day samples to low-volume delivery.

3D PRINTING SERVICE

Seven processes, no machine change-off — pick the most economical one for your part.

From photosensitive resin to metal powder, we run a full in-house process matrix rather than a single machine type: SLA high-resolution resin for cosmetic parts, SLS/MJF nylon for functional structural parts, metal SLM for temperature- and load-bearing parts, FDM for large low-cost parts. Same drawing, our engineers give process selection advice and cost comparison — no trial and error across suppliers.

ProcessesSLA/DLP resin, SLS/MJF nylon, SLM/DMLS metal, FDM
PrecisionResin ±0.1 mm; nylon ±0.2 mm or ±0.3%; metal ±0.1–0.2 mm
LayerResin 0.025–0.1 mm; nylon 0.06–0.12 mm; metal 0.02–0.05 mm

Best for · appearance verifiers, structural/functional parts, assembly validation, low-volume end parts

DELIVERY SPEED

24-hour samples, compressing design iteration from weeks to days.

No molds and no scheduling wait — orders enter the print queue the same day the drawing ised; resin parts ship as fast as 24 hours. Design revisions need no new tooling: change the file, print again, letting appearance review, assembly validation and market tests run three rounds in a single iteration cycle.

Sample leadResin 24–48h; nylon 3–5 days; metal 5–7 days
RushSame/next-day rush supported
Rev. costZero tooling cost, revise-and-print; iteration costs only material & labor

Best for · concept validation, show units, design review, tender demo parts

DESIGN FREEDOM

No draft angle, no “this can’t be made”.

Additive is free of draft, parting lines and tool-access limits: lattice, conformal cooling channels, merged multi-part assemblies and topology-optimized weight reduction print directly. A part that once needed 8 pieces to assemble can print as 1, cutting assembly steps and cumulative tolerance. We add DFM review and lightweighting advice to make the most of every printable feature.

StructureLattice/lattice-cut, conformal channels, integral forming, internal flow; min wall [0.5–1.0 mm]
Weight cutTypical 30–50% after topology optimization per case
Max sizeResin [800×800×450] / nylon [700×380×580] / metal [400×400×400]; oversized parts split-print + join

Best for · thermal & fluid parts, robotic end-effectors, irregular structural parts, weight-optimized parts

METAL AM · NICHE

Direct titanium SLM — medical implants & aerospace parts at volume.

Metal additive is not a prototyping toy but a production process. We form TC4 (Gr5) titanium, 316L stainless and AlSi10Mg aluminum by SLM/DMLS, covering porous orthopedic implants, surgical guides, aerospace brackets and lightweight topology parts; after stress relief, support removal, bead blasting and dimensional inspection, parts ship with material composition and mechanical-property reports that meet registration and airworthiness file requirements.

MetalsTC4 (Gr5) Ti, 316L SS, AlSi10Mg, Inconel 718, CoCrMo
