Liaoning machinery-maker Shenyang Yuanda Bolinte Elevator has put into production an intelligent flexible sheet-metal line that produces a full elevator cab sheet-metal assembly in just 6 minutes from a single steel plate.据北青网财经10月8日报道，辽宁装备制造骨干企业沈阳远大博林特电梯的智能钣金柔性生产线正式投入排产。一块普通钢板经一体化立体智能料库自动上线后，仅需6分钟即可产出一套高精度电梯轿厢钣金总成。

The line runs fully unattended on a closed loop: a standard steel sheet is drawn from an automated three-dimensional material warehouse, then passes through laser cutting, inline precision inspection, robotic welding and automatic sorting and forming. A flexible modular design lets it switch between standardised mass production and overseas customised orders through digital parameter tuning, without large-scale tooling changeovers — addressing the industry pain points of labour dependence, long changeover cycles and unstable quality in traditional sheet-metal shops.该产线全流程无人干预、闭环运转：钢板由智能料库自动上线后，依次完成激光切割、在线精密检测、机器人焊接与自动分拣成型。得益于柔性模块化设计，产线通过数字化参数调试即可快速切换产品型号，兼顾标准化批量生产与海外个性化定制订单，无需大规模拆换工装，直击传统钣金车间依赖人工、换型周期长、品质波动的行业痛点。

Since entering production, per-unit cycle time has been cut to 6 minutes, overall efficiency is up more than 30%, and core processes run at 100% inline inspection with product yield holding at 99.8%.
